01Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small records stored by your browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage and session storage keep records in the browser without sending them automatically with each request. NovaGen3D also uses browser caching for some model files and preview images.

These technologies support different functions. A login cookie is different from an analytics identifier, and clearing a local preview does not delete an asset saved in your account or a file held by a provider.

02Essential storage and preferences

Authentication storage supports sign-in sessions and security checks. A session can remain active for up to 30 days and may be refreshed during use. Language and appearance preferences let the site remember your choices. Session storage may hold a selected asset identifier or a cached preview during a browser session.

When the cookie-consent feature is enabled, the cookieConsent cookie records the choice made through that control. These preference records are separate from saved creative assets and payment information.

03Optional services

Depending on deployment configuration, analytics or diagnostics tools may collect page views, interaction events, device details, or errors. Referral tools and support chat may also use browser storage. Providers can include Google Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, privacy-oriented page analytics, error monitoring, and chat or referral services when enabled.

The enabled providers determine the relevant identifiers and retention periods. Some services send events without setting cookies. This policy does not mean that every listed service is active, or that refusing cookies prevents every technical request needed to operate the site.

04Your cookie choices

Where the consent feature is enabled, you can record or change your choice using the controls below. The choice applies to optional services connected to that control. It does not remove information previously collected, delete saved assets, or block necessary authentication and task processing.

You can use your browser settings to view, block, or clear cookies and other site storage. Blocking essential storage may interrupt sign-in. Clearing the site's cookies can reset a consent choice; clearing local storage can reset the appearance preference. To request deletion of personal information held by NovaGen3D, follow the Privacy Policy.

05Policy changes

We update this page when browser storage or enabled services materially change. A new tracking purpose that requires consent needs an appropriate consent choice; a policy update alone does not supply that consent.
